- Still considered one of the finest cheeses in the world, Parmigiana Regianno is a hard cheese from the towns of Parma and Reggio Emilia in Italy. Authentic Parmigiana can be quite expensive, especially the longer it is aged. Make sure that the words ” Parmigiana-Regianno” is stamped into the rind.
- Fresh “Buffalo Mozzarella” is a delicious and well-known type of fresh cow’s milk cheese. Instead of the mozzarella, try its lesser known cousin Burrata. Burrata has a shell of mozzarella but is filled with a silky mixture of cream and mozzarella.
